hood

ok when ever i go to pop my hood it get released but doesnt pop up can any help me with this prob.

well under your hood there are these 2 rubber things that kinda hold the hood in the right spot. it sounds like yours are too tight. you have to turn them to the left a few times. this will loosen them and put some pressure going up on your hood so when you pop it. it will go up a little bit and you can get your fingers in there. ummm i hope that makes sense man.
