IM guessing what you are asking is how to change them. Well iff you loosen or remove the cam holders the the rollers can be removed and the lifters will pretty much just lift right out. I took mine out w/ a magnet at the right angle and all but one came right out w/ very little fight.

To understand all this is the part I'm talking about.
In Brazil calls lifter. I do not know the name of al in the U.S..
I thought it was lifters. excuse
