I am installing a mess hall in my galant 6a13 engine.
Where is the lambda sensor? Anybody know?
Thanks

your terminology is a little off from ours.... typically a mess hall refers to the eating area for people on a military base.

With that said your picture is of an o2 sensor, also called and oxygen sensor or lambda sensor. We dont have many 6a13 powered cars in the US. Typically you would have two or three of these sensors. One should be in the ehxaust near or in the catalytic converter, the other one or two would be in the exhaust manifolds or just after the turbos (if the car is turbo)

I do not speak English. Use translators.
Thanks for the reply.
Can I use the lambda sensor wire to install a hallmeter?

See the photo of the equipment:

From what it looks like to me that is a air/fuel ratio gauge and I would say yes that would work but i could be wrong.

Yes you should use the voltage signal wire from the o2 sensor into the gauge. be warned, sometimes doing this can distort the signal sent to the ECU causing the ECU to make corrections that arent needed or under/overcorrect the amount of fuel being delivered. Install it, if your car runs differently, then remove it.

Ok I found the o2 sensor before the catalyst. The correct wire is blue.
This works ok.
Thank you for your help
