DTC crank sensor and cam sensor

I have a 2002 galant and recently i put a pressure tested and cleaned 99 head on my 02 8g. Since then she will start and for a couple of seconds when i hold fuel pump relay closed. Relay was tested and tested fine and the fuse was tested. I was told if the crank code come one it shuts off fuel so you cant start to save engine. Timmign is on becuase when it starts it idles fine. I just dont understand why both codes. The only thing I could think of was the MPFI relay went bad which is in sync with crank and cam sensor but I am not sure and would like if anyone has had or has worked on this problem on another galnt or their own. so youve checked and you pulled crank and cam sensors codes. Is that correct?

The only thing i can think of is that both sensors dont get power or ground

Here's the half of your MPI relay responsible for powering all sensors

Pin 1 is what powers all sensors, pin 2 is a ground.

this is what i was thinking before somethign dumb as a ground. i will check tommorw and get back if I have time. Yes the CEL was on for crank and cam at same time
