It will vary if you are going to do the conversion your self or just pay someone to do it.
First try to search the parts you need (try search TGC) then local Yunkyard and ask for price and then choose what to do next.

Did it a long time ago but believe I spent about $400 on the swap using new pads and rotors and the rest I got from a gtz I found at a local junk yard.
