and in order to install a single DIN deck will I need an adapter and wiring kit? because i've gone to every best buy and wal-mart in my area and I can't find either of those things anywhere........

yeah dude you need an adapter to switch from the factory plug to the plug that the aftermarket deck has in order for it to work properly... i would say scosche should have an adapter or something.. when i bought my alpine unit, sound pro, place where i bought it from, threw in the adapter for free... so i know you need one lol
