Yeah the owner before me put those pin stripes on, along with those rims lol. Idk what he was thinking. And to answer your question about evo or not, I'm not entirely sure, however I did buy them from an evo owner, almost brand new for $300

Yeah I had to roll them already, if they were a millimeter wider they wouldn't work, I definitely got lucky on these.

About dropping it, I'm looking for very stiff suspension in the back (so driving with passangers won't make the tires rub) and drop it like 2 inches at the front. What coilovers/springs would be the best fit for my situation?

Looks like the offset is evo offset as well, it is sticking out a bit in the rear. But def better tehn what you had by far.

I have to ask why do you have offset plate placement on a usdm bumper that looks like it has the holes for the plates already.

the tires are the same width front and back. And I bought the license plate offset kit because it adds to the evo style look I'm working towards. The usdm bumper actual has a plastic base for the license plate, which was cracked when I bought the car. The screws in the bumper are wider than the holes in the license plate, and here in wa it is illegal to alter your license plate in any way, including drilling holes in it. So rather than drilling more holes into the front of my bumper, i figured the offset plate was the best route

I would recommend Eibach that gives you a mild drop and still has OEM ride comfort or as nearly everyone Tein S-Techs and for shock/struts go for KYB Adjustables AGX so that they can handle the drop better (buy them for a 00-05 eclipse) or KYB GR2 that re a little better than your stock ones. And BTW the wheels look awesome I didn't liked evo XIII wheels stock but those on black look so good. For the center caps you should check at the dealer buy them for evo 8 stock rims or check ebay or something and you will have to color match them to your wheels as thy don't come in black.

edit: oh yea, my suggestion for springs on a budget is megans, although the paint on them is absolute garbage they are only 125 bucks and they drop you real good.

and you can get some gr-2's, or if you wanna get somthin better save for coilovers. (around 900)

^save for coilovers, I would go with k-sport or d-2 they are nice entry level coilovers, don't bother getting springs, we need to do a meet soon!!!!!!
