Nothing much is different. Pages are a little more "official" than groups and also more customizable.

how can we (regular users) add events and photos to this page? I wanted to post TGCNY meet coming april 11th.

I've tried to give fans as many permissions as possible, but Facebook doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

Fans are allowed to add photos and videos (please do :orangewink:) to the "fan photos" section by posting them to the wall:

Unfortunately, they are not allowed to create albums or events, which is bullshit. I may contact FB about this or even look into developing a new app if I can find the time.
