Free admission and parking. Featured at the event will be a few EVO track cars from AMS Performance, a bunch of vendors if you've got a hankering for a new mod and a preview of the new Lancer Sportback and i-MiEV.

You gotta camp out, we were the first ones there last year so we were able to claim our spots. It was fun, we washed up our cars and I waxed mine last minute, then Albert and I put in an amp for my stereo. Good times...

haha. yeah i am the king of lateness, but i've been early to every mod since 2005 (5 years in a row); last year i had to wait for my battery to charge at autozone so i came super late. thankfully our crew held spots. we've done well over the years having people arrive early and i am always thankful of those guys that get in first and keep our spots for us.

but in reality, you guys do need to show up early to have a spot on lot (or u will get stuck in overflow).

they're not really "camping". they're gonna wait in the line in their cars the night b4 MOD. the last few years our guys have done this to insure we get our spots as the lot will fill up before the event even starts. once the lot fills up, everyone else will be sent to the overflow lots. i will be there early this year, gpnna get the car waxed on friday afternoon.

The red square is the entire Mitsubishi complex. The tip of the blue arrow points to where the cars enter. The cars will line up along Holder St. Once they let us in, the Galants typically park along the yellow line. The green squares are for overflow parking or non-Mitsubishi cars. There is also some overflow parking on that big grass patch. We will be "camping" along Holder St. I think. (Can Will or Emerson verify this?)

Not sure on the head counts from other clubs. People tend to be a little aprehensive about events organize by people they dont know. at MOD08, other groups were trying to steal our spots at 9:15a. the lot will fill up FAST. attendance has grown every single year since MOD started in 2005. i suggest getting there around 8a for everyone... or end up parked in overflow.
