I know you may be new at this, but you need to provide more information, rather than just saying the exact same thing as the thread title.

That being said, what exactly is the problem? How low do the revs go? Does the engine stall while you are stopped? List everything that happens once you start the car and shift it into drive. Where/when does this occur, at startup, after running for awhile, at red lights? etc.

Ok after start up and at redlights it will shake replaced iac tps and cleaned throttle body and plug and wires

Yeah alternator is good just got new battery

This may sound stupid to you, but have you checked your exhaust or more to the point your muffler? If it's bad I.E. you need a new one, that can cause low rpms or ruff idling while in gear.

IF the battery and charging system check out fine I would start looking at vaccum hoses to the intake. One may be loose, cracked, or not fully connected and this could also cause similar issues.

I highly doubt a bad muffler would cause low idle. It would be loud, or if plugged it would have bad idle even in neutral as well. A plugged Cat would be a better guess, if the car idled crappy in neutral as well, but even then I would suspect a check engine light and a P0421 code (Warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold FSM Section 13A-194).
