Emission test question

I am currently moving from Kansas to Alaska and in Alaska their is emissions tests. Well I have removed both CAT's from my 01 2.4 and before I get tagged up their I have to pass.

Now My question is that if I put the header with the CAT back on and not the second one do you guys think it would still pass emissions with one CAT? And does a cold air intake make the test worse?

I do not have the old 2nd CAT that is why I am asking.:nono:

You wont pass. Also, if your check engine light is on too, wont pass.

Yea thats what I figured thats why it will be a 75 dollar test not 40.
