transmission questions

ok my car some times jumps while i sit at red lights as if i am taking it out of gear then replacing it in gear (btw is auto tranny) it does not do it alot just some but it does make me question why it does and also if it is a problem i should worry with? has anyone else ever had this happen and what (if anything) have you doen to fix it?

Your car is completely stopped and then randomly jumps? or are you coming to a stop and right before it stops, it gives a little jump?
