I have a 2003 Galant ES. Last Saturday I went out to my car, hit unlock on the clicker and nothing happened. Could not lock or unlock the car. I get in manually and start the car without any problem. I drive around and return home. Get out, click "lock" and nothing happens. I opened the drivers side door and push the power lock to lock all doors, nothing happens. I have NO power at all when the car is off. When the car is on, everything but the dome light works. Power locks, windows, everything is fine, except the dome lights. The radio does NOT reset after turning the car on and then off again. I have personally checked every fuse, includin the two 10amp fuses under the hood in the yellow plastic harness. (see pic). My mechanic had the car all day today and could not find anything wrong. He said all the fuses were good, and he checked the wires and found no issues, but I wasnt watchin all day so he might have just been stumped. He suggested that it might be the body control module and that I should have a dealership look at it.

I wanted to get some advice from acutal users first.

I found this thread which sounds like my problem, but I tried the resolution and was unsuccessful.

Both of these fuses are fine.

I had the same problem but I figure out that the yellow cap, what your arrow is pointing to, wasn't pushed all the way down. So push it all the way down with the fuses sitting in it and see if it works.
