just wondering if anyone here knows of someone putting the super VR4 front extensions onto a USDM bumper (either version). I seem to remember krispy had them lined up on the car with the 02-03 front but they were never attached. Im curious as to how well they would line up, I know they would probably need some cutting/extending to fit.

I just received a set of these extensions the other day and just out of curiosity I tried to see how they would fit on a 99-01 bumper and they don't fit at all. I couldn't see any way of making them fit without some very serious modification.

would you mind taking a picture for me? I would just like to see how off they are because that's the front I have.

someone modified them to fit the USDM 99-01 bumper.. it didn't look right

Erac1ng.com (used to) make Super VR4 kits for the USDM spec 8g. If we only knew someone who at least have the front lip and rear extension still intact, Cali could make duplicates for you guys. The last time I remember RodT selling a damaged front lip but that was 5 years ago. I think it's probably lost forever unless someone makes one out from scratch.

search for GALANTESP. he imported the first 5 super VR4 kits into the US and installed one on his '99 ESV6. lemme find a pic from back in the day...

the rear Im not worried about, getting a JDM rear with svr4 ext. so no more fat ass on my car.

I was kinda curious to the front, doesnt look quite right on the bottom but would need to see other angles to get a better idea.

the original vr4 front i didnt think looked good on the stock bumper but if you were able to get the usdm lip kit it looked great. i fiorgot who it was but i know a member with a red car had it a long timne ago when they were produced
