Well, after spending about a year or so looking for a Galant I have finally found one. I am picking it up next weekend (hopefully) and going to try to fix it up quickly so I can get it legal. It does have some body damage. It needs headlights, bumper reforcement, upper bumper support, radiator support, and maybe a radiator. I figure going OEM right now (according to Ebay) will only be about $500. I will get pictures up of the car lloks like. It was involved in some kind of front end accident.

I am looking forward to having some fun with this car. By the way, it is a 2001 3.0L. I believe it is a LS with 154XXX miles on it. Motor runs good and everything seems to be in working order. Will know by this weekend.

P.S. I hope that I posted this in the right area. Sorry if I didnt.

I say go to jy and pull all the parts needed and pull a 6g74 wile your there. that'll save you some money and maybe problems.

I think he is already planning on going to the JY for the parts. Not sure if he is planning a 74 swap or not.

Well, i dont think that is going to happen. Cause my brother lives inSTL and i am moving back in just a few days. So the STL guys are gaining two members and the Memphis area is loosing one.

No motor swap yet. From what I can tell there is no damage to the 3.0. Once I get here I will take more pics.

Well, Sorry guys but no G yet. I rented the trailer and drove the 40 something miles to go and pick up the car and when I got there the mother f*cker told me that he sole it Friday. I guess verbal agreements and a handshake just doesnt mean what it used to anymore. God I hate paople...

Judging by the pics, that G will need to be on a frame machine big time. Get ready to invest around 1000 to 1500 in that G.

OMG look at her... Bro in my opinion that G is a total loss. 500 is not bad to take it home. but you will spend easy 3000 to 3500 more on parts and labor. Bro before anything check the most important thing.. Engine and Trann. Make sure there no internal damage.
