I done this to my Stratus but this would be just as straight forward for you G owners and for my next G as soon as i find one.
So, Ive been really wanting to do a retro-fit to my headlights since the purchase of my Stratus a little over a year ago. Looked into the cost and thought that I would never do it lol
Later on a fellow member on 2GStratus posted up the information I needed just for my retro-fit to follow through, with out taking a big toll on my bank account.
Heres the link: HID, CCFL Angel Eyes and Projector Retrofitting Specialist - BPR SYSTEM (http://xebritehidsystems.webs.com/bprsystem.htm)
So after a little searching I finally bit the bullet and purchased this kit and am now getting around to doing the retro-fit.
Here is what all was included in the kit I purchased:
(2) Bi-xenon projectors, with CCFL halos - white
(2) Projector HID Bulbs - 4300K
(2) HID Ballasts
(2) Relay Harnesses
(2) Tubes of silicon sealant
Important: This kit I purchased DID NOT come with the ballast, which is why i got off cheaper. I already have a set of ballast's.

This process isn't hard at all, just a little time consuming. I started the project at 7:00pm this evening and got done at 10:30pm. Started by pre-heating my oven to 250 degrees, placed my headlight on a cooking sheet on the lowest rack in the oven for about 12 minutes.
The headlight and the lens separated from the housing easily at this point. On the Stratus theirs a hex screw on the back near the turn signal hole and a few tabs on the top and bottom you have to release before the lens comes off completely. Thus getting whats pictured above minus the projector.
After you get the head light apart the only thing that needs to be removed is this piece. This piece will go back in the head lamp IF you take it out as its supposed to come out. There's tabs on it you have to push in, i used a precision screw driver to do so.

So here comes the point of no return, this kit comes with the angel eyes already attached to the projector. There completely optional on whether you want them hooked up or not, but they are there to stay either way. Since the angel eyes have to have power there's a wire that needs to go through the reflector part of the housing and outside of the head lamp. So if your wanting to go back to OEM bulbs later on make your decision now on the angel eyes.
Here's where i drilled the hole for my wiring:

When the lens and shroud is installed this is not visible at all. I still have the lens off for this picture. After I drilled the holes it was time to get the cut off correct before tightening the locking nut down on the back side of the projector. Simply just took the headlight out side to my car, sat it in there, hooked everything up and twist the projector until you get the cut off where you want it. Once your satisfied with that, crank that locking nut down nice and tight so there will be no movement from vibration.
Pic of the back with out the bulb and cover, AND where I have the wiring coming out for the angel eyes (I put sealant around the wire to keep moisture out:

Now that's out of the way, its time to seal everything back up. Simply repeat the process of how you took the head light apart.
Here's the driver side head light finished. I know the lens looks like shit but im still searching for a donor head light at the salvage yards to replace the lens.

Lastly I sourced this kit on eBay, and is far more cheaper then the website posted above. Heres the seller ( http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/operatic98/ ), and they have tons of different kits to choose from. It seems they have just about all bulb sizes, all different HID bulb temps, and different color Halo's. You CAN also purchase a kit that has the Ballast as well.
All together I have only $115.00 in my retro-fit and I am completely satisfied. Enjoy! :D
