My calipers are becoming a little rusty, which destroys the look of my car. I am looking to get some new stock ones and paint them. I was looking at rockauto.com for some but there are many different brands and I am not sure which to go with and some of them look pretty weird. Please let me know what brand i should get or if there is a better site to use in getting some new stock calipers. Thanks.

Why not sand blast the ones you have and buy a rebuild kit which will be cheaper??

greddy has some rebuilt areadly and painted, all you would need to do is paint it a color you want

they sell re-manufactured calipers at a decent price for our cars. They are already rebuilt and cleaned for you. I think its around $40 after you return the core charge. I would definately paint over the re-man calipers because they rust really fast.

thanks a lot guys. i would definately paint them before i put them on. with the ones i have now, i took a wire brush and got some rust off and then painted over them, but the rust has come back, especially on the rears. the winters in wisconsin dont help the issue either.

what about caliper paint, i know is kinda pricey, but why not do it right the first time than having to go back and redo it???

Yes, if you are going to do the job do it right the first time. This causes less problems and less money out of your pocket.

Just use engine paint, a lot cheaper and it's the same thing, just make sure you get the highest temp. Also get some build primer if you want a smooth finish.

raz is right though engine paint would have the highest temp rating. all though again the decision is yours. i was just giving you the info based on my experiance i havent had any issues with the rustoleum and i havent had to touch them up either.
