transmission problems

i replaced motor transmission was god now it wont change out of 1st gear what could be wrong?

check the fluid level.

i dropped the motor in and started it up, put it in reverse went in fine went in 1st fine but it will not shift from first. it has plenty of fluid in it come on guys i really need yalls help!

make sure shifter cables arent caught and are installed correctly also, check the slave and master. Hows the pressure in your clutch pedal?
