IM taken off cleaned/put back on...SES light

took IM off to get to a freeze out plug, I4 2000 galant 4g64, cleaned throttle body and manifold as well as cleaned the ghrease off everything, went over everything did it literally perfect, drove it a couple of times and now I have a SES light. any suggestions?

Did you take the sensors off when you cleaned it?

Did you replace the intake manifold gaskets? and EGR gaskets?
