Today planning to replace a "suspect" o2 sensor I stepped into serious s**t. I was trying to break lose the o2 sensor close to the manifold on my 99 2.4L, it budged but it was still tight so I went on with the breaker bar until it gave and the o2 threads are now in the hole, I would have stopped but so far every bolt on this car has been nearly frozen in place so I figured since it was moving it was coming out, fired up the car and now I have a scrumptious exhaust leak, pulled out the extractor set, BUST.. broke in place, leak taken care of LOL!!!

so my question is uhh what now?? anyone have any suggestions, solutions this ever happen to anyone?

Haha man that sucks. Only thing I can reccomend is buying a nice expensive heavy duty drill bit and drill it out. GL

or replace the manifold.
or weld in a new bung next to it and install new o2 sensor there

when i did my exhaust, my o2 sensors stripped out too, so i just bought a new denso one. Drill the hole out and retapp the threads
