I want more speed

Got a 99 GTZ, but no experience with performance mods. What can I do that is easy and relatively inexpensive that will boost my HP? Also, probably going to have to get the brakes checked soon, any suggestions on good brakes or rotors that won't cost me my first born child?

as for performance you can do the basics first. Intake and exhaust.
