Want to see what your car will do on a proper road track? Wonder no more! There's a track day coming up at Harris Hill Road in San Marcos, TX. It's condensed to a half-day due to heat (thank goodness), but you still get full track time.
When: August 21, 2010
Where: Harris Hill Road (http://harrishillroad.com/), San Marcos, TX
Cost is $155 for 4 22 minute sessions on the track. It's a really good deal, and you'll be spent by the end of the last session.

These events are really informal. You spend the day hanging out around some awesome cars and the equally awesome people who own them. I've taken my POS 2000 I4 automatic to these events, and still get respect for it. Any questions, post here. I'll do my best to fill in the details. These occur about 4 times a year (at least), so there will be more opportunities.
