I have question, and yes I realize this could be pricey but.....I was wondering if you guys think that I could take my plans/ideas to a local place that does fiberglass work for a front bumper, that they might do it? I like parts of a few front bumpers, so I want to draw up a few plans and see what happens. I would just get sides and back the old aftermarket way, but the front would be original.

This can be done... you'll probably have to find a kit you like first, buy it, and then the installer will glass it and mold it onto the stock bumper. If the lines of the new kit are way off, then it will be more expensive. To keep the cost down, you may want to look into a nice lower lip for the bumper and just have that molded on. never mind, I just was going through older posts and such and saw the old group buy set up for the wide bodykit. That is already a possibility and is the closes think to what I would like. So if that kit becomes availible, I'll get that one.
