Hello, my '03 ES has 154,000 miles and to date this is the extent of fluid service that has been perfomed

- Oil changes every 5k miles
- Coolant drain/fill at around 70k miles

That's it.

At this point I'm almost scared to jinx myself at how well my car has always run but checking my fluids there are moderate discolorations as expected. I was thinking of at least doing a drain/fill on the tranny fluid. Should I "rock the boat" with anything else at this point?

Thanks.

Do all of them. You should change your Brake/Power steering fluid. Transmission fluid is definitely recommended. People on the board here have varied opinions on a tranny flush vs a tranny drain and refill, so it's your choice. I do my Coolant every 75K miles, so that's your choice again.

Other than this, I hope you have done the other maintenance required, like timing belt, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs and wires, etc, etc.... the list goes on.

Oh yea, the timing belt has been done once, plugs and wires once...hmmm think that's it though.

timing belts should be done atleast every 60K miles, just to be safe.

Flush them, don't just drain and fill.

Is there any particular coolant for 8gs? If not which are the one's that will do the job?

Looking forward to flush my cooolant too.

Thanks!
