ok, so my dad drove with me this morning to lowes to get some things, anyways he was complaining that when i go 15 mph its really load howling sound up front, so i jack the car up, to check for the bearings to be loose, and they are tight as a whisle lol, so i decided to rotate my tires, and check this out...

^this is the right rear tire... why is it looking like that.. when i'm on stock springs....
V the left rear tire looks completely normal
http://i739.photobucket.com/albums/xx34/wileyman45/IMAG0054.jpg
and what is weird is i measure both sides from lip to the rear fender and they are both the same, well fender gap that is, so what is causing this? i shouldn't need a camber kit when i'm not even lowered lol... i'm finding the more i tear into thise car, its been in a lot more stuff then what i was told. so i guess what would cause mad camber on one tire? i always get an alignment, after fooling around with suspension... any ideas?

Get the alignment checked

lol thats it? I was planning to wait till wheels tires and new suspension comes in in about 2 weeks... you think a suspension arm could be bent on the right rear side?

Not necessarily. Could just need to be aligned. If you are getting new tires and suspension get it aligned when you do that. Then ask whomever does the alignment to give you a printout so you can see what the car's alignment specs actually are. Then you can go from there to see if you need to install a camber kit.

I just got done going through this.. Oddly enough looks like u run the falken ziex 512's as well. Let me just tell you that having my car aligned has been the biggest fucking nightmare ive ever gone through. Ive been fighting this for 2 years. Nobody here will give me a "good'' alignment. they get it "in spec" and call it a day when its not acceptable. I just got done almost jumping over the counter at the pep boys yesterday and beating the shit out of the guy because what they did was unacceptable. They "adjusted" my rear camber to -.6 deg on the rear left and left the rear right at -1.4 deg. That isnt acceptable and their excuse was that my car has aftermarket suspension and its impossible to get it "right". I know for a fact my ingalls kits have more positive adjustment because i just installed one more washer friday night and the cams werent maxed out. I didnt pay them for doing the work because it wasnt acceptable and now im on the hunt to find a good place to do the alignment. Make sure you pay attention to the results. Camber shouldnt be more than .5 degree difference from side to side and that is factory specs for sure (though the closer the better). I was told i am a liar when i made that comment to the guy. Im a liar and he has been doing this for 30 years. Which we all know everyone has been doing something for the magical number "30 years". I pretty much told the guy where to take his spec sheet and stick it and that my car was leaving the premises without paying him for unsatisfactory work.

^thats what my plan was... to wait and get it aligned when everything goes on... but if i''m doing kyb and eibach springs, you think i need a ingalls camber kit?

lol thats awesome, because last time i had an "alignment" it didn't seem right, so i had them print out a sheet, and they moved it to within 3 dgrees of the spec... so needless to say i don't go there anymore... you almost have to watch people now days...

Some chain alignment places' technicians are idiots.

Most technicians will just get the spec in the "green" when really they have to get the spec difference as close as .3 degrees to keep the car from pulling and wearing tires.

BTW, to OP. Worn springs could cause negative camber. So check those out after you get an alignment.

Also, the rear on the 8G's dont have rear camber adjustment. Just toe. So you might need a camber kit. Unless all they need to "adjust" is the toe. Which is probably unlikely if indeed, you have worn springs.

yea I was going to say.. even if he gets an alignment, there's no camber adjust-ability in the rear, so I don't know what that would fix

Out of the 10 years I had this car, I've been to many alignment shops and all have been spewing BS on lowered rides (in general). I could of saved hundreds on tires if I just went to an alignment shop that specialises in lowered cars and custom height vehicles. One visit from them and all my alignment problems were over. I learned my lesson from that experience and never trust any regular ol' alignment techs to do work on any modified cars.

install a security cam

A security cam will do me no good when i have 2 rods missing and 3 holes in the block due to detonation on an untuned motor. I know i would have a lawsuit but i would lose that because i would fight someone lol.

thats what i was thinking... plus the subs in the back don't help either lol

sears? no no lol a buddy of mine at work, he took his tires there to put them on his rims, they blew up one tire while inflating it, and the other rim they damaged when they were putting a tire on the rim....
