Request: Editing Photo

Im trying to edit this photo, for my sister which is going to make this into a postcard for her engagement. I cant seem to make it pop, and look clean. Maybe someone with free time & boredom could help me out? Thanks in advance!

I like the sand this color, but the surf water keeps getting over exposed, cant seem to balance it..

u should send it at 300dpi so when its printed it will look clean and crisp..so whoever does it send em a hi res version
