dye?

I've seen alot of Galant owner here redoing there interior with leather and such, but I was wondering if anyone has do or considered dying some of the interior? Like my interior is the grey cloth, but this summer I plan to add some carbonfiber and paint some parts black. Now I was thinking of either dying the cloth door panels black, or having a auto interiors place do this. Sound silly, or semi possible? Any feed back or possible pics/stories would be great.

not only is it possible, its really the only way to do it without making it look like ass.

Remember, all these peices are dyed from the factory, not painted.

any good upholstry shop should have the capability of dyeing whatever you wish.

another option is just to have it rewrapped. yea places like katzkin sell door panel kits but a good uplostery shop should be able to do something similar for a fraction of the cost using the type of fabric u like.
