Today my girlfriends car window just fell off is track I took panel off and removed sticky plastic and tried to realign steel cable and cant find where top cable connection goes. The motor makes sorta gritty sand noise as motor turns i am assuming twisted cable rubbing because it is off track. I can not find a diagram online for rear door. do we need new motor or is there other trouble shoots
