im trying to find out what is a good stiff spring rate.the springs im trying to get hav a option of 3.5k to 18k.im not sure whats stiff or whats soft.can some one help?

3.5k soft 18k stiff, JIC coilovers have have Front 8kg, rear 5kg, but I really don't know, are you buying coilovers with custom spring rates?

I have been thinking about what to get as far as springs go and think im going to go with tein s-tech springs from what i have heard you cant go wrong

2nd image Not Factory height.

Looks like someone took coil-overs to the 8G in the first image and slammed it, and then raised it all the way up in the 2nd image. 8G's don't sit at like that with stock springs. Either that or photoshop.

Very good springs to eliminate the front wheel gap, and give you a nice ride.
