Gearbox problem.

Hello.
I just bouht 8G Galant Avance 2,5 V6
Yesterday there was a problem. Launching the car, shifting gear and car will not move. Adding gas 3000rpm, car starts to move, flashing a green light N and gearbox was in emergency mode.
If I am going to stall the car and re-launching there is no longer a problem and the gearbox is shifting gears very good.
What could be the problem?
Oil and filter has been changed, by the previous owner.
I understand, that when a gearbox is warm, then this problem will disappear!

sounds like a transmission problem, not an oil and oil filter issue. you may need to get your transmission or torque converter checked.
