wait, you mean valve covers or valve stem caps on the tire valves? if the tire valves, soak well with wd40 or pb blaster and let it sit for a few minutes, then go back with 2 pair or pliers. one to hold the stem, one to twist the cap. if that doesnt work, post up a picture of what youre working with and there may be another more destructive way... use a dremel with a cutting wheel to notch a line across the top of the stem and use a flathead screwdriver

ah those would be valve stem caps that you're referring to. I would say go at it with some WD-40 or equivalent, but try to avoid spraying the tires. Maybe try loosening them again today. You're going the right way, correct? Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey lol

a friend of mine had that problem. her ex bf decided to put some ricey valve stem caps that he bought from autozone on her car. the caps ended up seizing to the valve stem and I had to get the whole thing replaced.

2 pliers:

1 to hold the valve so you don't rip it off by over twisting it.

1 to twist the valve cover off, with lots of elbow grease.

-never done it before, just running on common sense. Good luck bud!

Hey I have chrome caps on mine lol but mine came off my 18's. But yeah bro if you can't get those bad boys off you might have to replace them. N the 2 plier method could work but then you risk breaking or crushing them. Try anything you can think of without breaking them. IMO if they are that bad then your better off replacing them to avoid another such headache in the future.
