I would have to agree with Allan on this one. Even if you can find one for 50 bucks (ebay) it will probably sound bad. I suggest saving up at least a bill and then start looking.

https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif Ya i think u better save up your dough, but if u must spend 50 bux then buy a K&N filter and make a CAI.

my opinion, don't waste ur time on a low quality muffler. in many cases ur better off just cutting off ur stock muffler since the sound deadening qualities of a cheap muffler are almost like a straight pipe. you buy a muffler. u spend like 60-100 dollars for install and then u decide u don't like it as the guy pulls ur car out of the garage? oh man i hate that feeling.

there is no point in a muffler now(pretty much stock) other than for looks and sound. if you buy off eBay the only thing you are gauranteed is the looks...most likely it will be high pitch crap haha, it may sound good, you just dont know.

if i could go back i would not have bought my muffer. it cost me $90 for the muffler then $30 for install. Theres $120 i could have gotten a 2g exhaust manifold, 1g intake manifold, and save the rest for a head. You dont need a new muffler untill you go turbo or are somewhat modified. it does not really add hp, not enough to spend $120 anyway...

my muffler sounds pretty good and all, just is kinda ricey cause alls i have performance wise right now is a CAI

hey is there any good mufflers that has a good silencer cuz my headers is causing my muffler to buzz really loud soo i put back on the stock cat... right now im thinking of putting back the straight piping but want to get another muffler that is really good with a better silencer before i straight pipe it. do you guys think the buzzing noise will go away if i buy another muffler??? and put the straight piping back in??? is it worth it to get a new muffler???

i bought this one about 2 months ago. the picture doesn't do it justice, it's beautiful in reality, and it's the smoothest thing i've ever heard. it's not very loud or rumbly, but it's so smooth everyone looks. on the highway its a constant booooom sound, but it's so smooth i fell in love with it immediatly. i'm pretty sure the company still has em for sale. i'd get it if i were you .

that sound really good but im kinda looking for one with a silencer my car is already loud enough because of my automatic :x just wanted to know if there was any well known companies that made them, i have always had my silencer on, but now im looking for a way to reduce the buzzing noise and also have a silencer so when i press the gas its not buzzing...
