how to wire the 3rd gen tails

can someone help me with the wiring on these tails i got? ive read and searched other threads about this but they all talk about the red/blue wire from the reverse light but i seem to have different wires and also have nothing in the turn signals as for harness but i did get the tails with jdm harness for all the other holes
