That's where you pour in VTEC sauce.

Nah it looks like the other one, the one that goes from the front/top of the valve cover to the intake. Just go to a junkyard and get a new intake pipe and tube, it will cost you like $25

I think the purpose of the tube is to suck the engine oil fumes and route it back into the engine through the intake or something like that. You can silicone it.

yea if it come from the top of the valve cover to the i/m its your breather and yea as long as it doesnt leak you should be able to silicone it but i mean those stock intake pipes are gonna be cheap as hell from the j/y or if you want i have my entire stock intake piping ill give to you for 10+shipping.

Put one of those nifty little breather filters on it and plug the intake. That system needs some vacuum to be most effective but it gets that from the PCV tube.No more crankcase vapor laden air going into the engine. While youre in the area(if you love to tinker like me),you could remove and reroute those coolant lines running through the TB.Colder, cleaner intake charge=mo happy.

The idea with those coolant lines is to prevent the throttle shaft/plate from binding up in extreme cold weather. so if you live in a place that has a cold winter, your going to want to keep those lines.

I thought the claim was better fuel atomization in cold weather?I was on my way to the parts store to buy hose and do this, awaiting more opinions..

15" of 5/16 hose and the two little rubber caps that came on the tranny cooler lines of the new radiator, and it's done.I'll let yall know if my neck snaps off.
