hi, i am currently working on the 4g63/4g64 hybrid motor and soon after the compleation of the motor i will turbo with a 16g turbo. i was wondering how many people have done this and not having any problems with this swap. the motor is on a motor stand and is being worked on. i am driving another car as i am working on the motor. i have many questions and need them answered by people who know what they are talking about. u can either mail me at [email protected] or u can IM me on stryker204. or i can chat on here.
thanx alot
jeff

ask your questions here...we have many talented owners who know what they are talking about. I am going to the swap towards the end of may, along with the tranny swap hopefully. heres a few helpful links:

On 4g64 group Barnon Motors did a 4g64 hybird turbo, 4g64 block with 1g 4g63 dohc head, 14b turbo I think. The only draw back they had was that his clutch died real quick from the power. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif Was m/t dont think an a/t tranny would hold up too long with this. Im workin on the head swap wont go turbo for another year probably.
