weird clanking sound driver side

Well I have this weird clanking annoying sound on the driver side.It is ticking me off.The shocks and struts are great.I know it is not the axle.The only thing that remain is the ball joints or maybe sumthing is loose ?Some Help or advice plz Thanks

sounds like metal to metal contact?
if so check the hood. unscrew those lil rubber stoppers so they come out farther and prop the hood more.

Ima check that cuz it really ticking me off.It only sounds wen I go thru a rough road or go thru small bumps.
