I got these off this car - it's a Dodge Intrepid ( didn't see what year it was exactly)

It's a rear toe arm for Dodge intrepid.

I took the short link out and then bolted the cheapest front tie rod i could find( the tie rod is for 7g not 8g)

And Voila, adjust to the needed length, then add washers where it bolts to the subframe and you have a budget solution for the rear toe arm.

I got two Dodge arms for $5 each and two tie rods for $17 each. That comes to $30 with the washers that i have to buy.

Stand by for installation pictures

Ill make a tutorial later on, but thats pretty much it. I will know exactly how many washers are necessary.

A couple of pics from today's project.

So it took 2 washers and 2 locking nuts on each side. On the outside, after the toe bolts are removed, there will be round opening that needs a washer with the bolt, so it doesnt move. I have a couple of washers left, so Ill measure them and post the size later. It can be done with washers only or spacers, whatever you want to use.

EDIT:

Newly improved rear tow arms. No more washers to make up for the difference in sizes. These have Prothane inserts made for our cars.

Notice the length of the tube. Compared to the first two pictures above, its much longer. This is the correct length and it matters because different Dodges have different length.

I know for a fact that the Shadow has the correct length arms. Next time I go to the garage I'll have an exact measurement of the arm.
