Ok, When im sitting at idle my stock 4g64 rattles and shakes the whole dash all the way to the side mirrors. I tend to think its a bad motor mount but im not really sure. As soon as i give a tiny bit of throttle its stops. Any thoughts?

Do you have poly mounts? If not your guess with bad mounts is probably true. Check out the side mounts. On the I4 the side mounts seem to cause the most vibration.

Its not hard at all as long as you do one mount at the time.

The same thing was happening to me a couple of months ago. It ended up being ignition coils. Thats on the extreme side but its an option. And the symptoms fit what you are talking about.

Ok i checked the mount closest to the front of the car. The best way for me to describe it is, it sort of looks like its sagging towards the bottom. Also, there's a lot more space on the top hole of the rubber bushing than on the bottom

you need a new insert for that mount or replace the whole thing mount/insert if you dont have the tools/knowledge to replace the insert. allso check your mount thats on the passenger side and the one under the battery tray

Im assuming the insert is just the rubber part? And where exactly is the one on the passenger side?
