Hello,

I recently purchased a 2002 Mitsubishi galant with a missing radio and the dome lights not working. I had to remove each fuse next to the steering wheel to see which one is bad but I found none. I did the same thing to the fuses under the hood and finally located the dome lights fuse in the yellow housing. I had removed the front ECU in the process as well. Now my car only crank but will not start. I checked and there are sparks at the plugs. I removed the fuel pump and tested it and it is good. The voltage supply to the pump is not 12 V, only 6.65 and 4.75 V. I located the two fuel pump relays in the fuse box next to the steering wheel. Fuel Pump Relay #1 is working fine. Fuel Pump Relay #2 does not have a 12 volt source in any of the pin. Is this problem caused by the car's anti-theft system? If so, how can I fix it? How much would it cost at the dealer to enable it again? Thanks for your help.
