slow/dragging starting issue

My 04 Galant 4 cyl has recently started to start very slow. The car acts like the battery is low by slowly turning over but then starts. The car has a good battery and a new starter. Has anyone else had this problem? I haven't checked the codes yet. Thanks!!!!

i havent had that problem, but ive had the one where you start it up when its really cold and the idle drops till the car almost turns off
