lip spoiler?

is there any small spoiler that i can get for my 99 that isnt raised off the trunk but curves up, i think called like a lip spoiler. if that makes sense. Like nascars have the little spoiler attached to the trunk not raised. Somthing like that. Could i get one custom? any help would be cool.
