wussup? i am lookin for power quick, and not too expensive... i have a 99 ES, i was thinkin about the cams, but dont really know which one to get... does anyone know the #'s on the dyno for the stage 1 and stage 2... and prices?? also... does titanium valve springs add any power??

Trust me internals are going to be a bit pricey. Quick cheap power would include a hi-flow filter, intake, the basics.

How cheap you wanna go? You can port and polish your headers yourself cheap, around $100 to $120. That's almost equivalent to aftermarket headers. Plus you can go to home depot and get some pcp(spelling?) pipe and custom make a CAI for maybe $30. Aftermarket muffler with big resignator off for $200 max. Some ideas ..
