cruise control is not working

my cruise control hasnt been working since i put her back on the road i was wondering what could it be?

Check all vacuum lines?

Light on?

no i have 3rd gen tails and the only light i have on is the SRS air bag dont know if that has anything to do with it

Does your cruise control light even come on? Or does it just not engage? Two different issues altogether.

If your horn doesn't work, none of the steering wheel controls will. This includes your cruise control. The light should not turn on if this is the problem. Fix is the clock spring as mentioned above.

It doesn't come on at all but will replace the clock spring hopefully it works

If you do the wiring, yes you can. Most people just don't bother with it.
