please help! problem after timing belt replaced

had my t belt replaced, idles normal and drives normal( but i think the car is alittle bit delayed). on idle and when i rev tit o 2500 rpm and up, the engine jerks like a missfire.. do you think the belt is not properly aligned?

need your opinions..

the balance shaft belt is not timed correctly. Very common mistake done to these cars
