can anyone point me towards a set of hid fog lights that fit a cyber bumper in the round holes made for fogs?

If you want your fogs to actually be working optimally in the fog then I would suggest staying away from HID in your fogs because the light emitted from HID is more reflective than the halogen spectrum, this is more likely to reflect off the fog/wet road surface and back into your eyes.
