How much time do you guestimate I should lay out for replacing front, side and trans mount?

I don't plan on keeping the car much longer, but need to replace them asap.

Thoughts on buying these(?):

^^^ You should invest in the ebay package that includes the rear mount too, it's probably gonna be the one in worst condition next to the transmission mount. Give yourself time don't rush this, at least 3 hrs. You should begin by dropping the cross-member that goes from under the radiator to the middle of the car, the front and rear mounts are on it so you can pretty much replace those mounts off of the car.

Then with your car safely secured on jack stands, get your floor-jack with a block of wood and position it snugly under the transmission, Remove battery and tray, undo the bolts for tranny mount and slowly drop the engine enough to slide it out, then replace, reinstall the cross-member with new mounts, and move to the passenger side mount.

Reason why I put them in his order is because the engine/tranny wont go low enough to get the trans mount out without removing cross-member, and once it's that low the only mount left is the passenger side, and if the new one is already in place with the block that low you could cause damage to it, so leave the old one one and let it take the beating of dropping and lifting the engine.

i bought that set butt not the tranny mount what ever you do dont order the passenger mount from them, it will work butt it will split and break, cuz the bolt hole dont widen at the base of the mount, if u do order it re drill the holes till it slides in place just my 2cents

the rear isn't bolted on the cross member, its bolted to the subframe.

I may as well just buy prothane inserts and knock it out myself.
