So i was SHOCKED when i got the results in. I made 175 WHP and 189 TQ at 7 lbs. Average boost is 5 lbs which on my way home i did some WOT pulls and i didnt get over 4.9 LBS. I assume its because of my wastegate line is 6'' off of the J-Pipe. Anyways, the guys at the shop liked my car. My tuner said he was shocked that my engine was so solid and all the guys (including myself) were shocked to see those numbers at that boost range which is REALLY low. Im going to shoot for 10 but now my clutch slips lol. They also liked how quiet my car was. At WOT the exhaust isnt even heard over the turbo spooling throughout the whole entire RPM range. I got some major compliments on how well built it was so im happy! Here is the vid and pic of the dyno sheet. If anyone has their doubts ill email you a PDF of the dyno chart because its not that clear in picture form.

What do you have done to it other than boost?

Very Nice Shadow... But I have to ask what was the correction factor ? I've been over on Evolutionm alot lately and its a big debate at times with MD Dyno vs Dynojet numbers. Iam wondering if your numbers would probably be higher on a DynoJet.

All in All great vid /car/numbers :)

Car looks clean and sounds good. Solid numbers for low boost. Should be interesting to see what you make on 10+psi

I was suprised to see those numbers that low. I remember Matt(peanotation) put down like 197 with a 13g and 8 lbs.
Curious to see what happens what you turn up the boost. Actually curious how you can run the boost that low?

I can only think of 2 things. One of the things is that i put my boost reference to close to the turbo for the wastegate. Its only 2 inches above the outlet side on the j-pipe and my intercooler setup has quite a few bends because i didnt want to sacrifice my bumper. So maybe im seeing pressure loss with each bend. The other thing is, i may have a boost leak. Im going to make a boost leak tester and see whats up. However, im really happy with the power of the car. If i could control the ignition he said he could have gotten me an extra 20-30 WHP but i dont know how we can do that with the stock ecu.

I think i have my clutch issue solved now. My boot fell off of my slave cylinder and some dirt got inside of it. I pulled it all apart and smoothed it out with a polishing bit with my dremel, put it back together, to notice a small spring loaded restriction plate looking thing inside of the fluid inlet side of the slave. I removed that and the clutch doesnt seem to slip anymore so im happy about that. On the contrary, if i change my boost reference and that IS my issue what would i have to do tuning wise? If anything at all.
