What: The one and only annual Corona BBQ.
When: Saturday July 30th, 2011. 12pm-7pm
Where: Flushing Meadows Park/Corona Queens, NY?
Why: A chance to come out and show your love!

some people also asked me how much money should they spend on items? Its whatever you are comfortable with. But I would say $10 per person should cover it.

There are members who usually spend $100 of their own money on the food (stewi comes to mind) so if youre not bringing anything, you could slip him (or whoever is buying a lot of food) $10 to help pay for the food ****

I might be able to come. If I do, I'll bring a cooler or two with drinks and I can always pick up a pack of hot dogs/burgers and buns from BJ's if you guys and gals wanted. Ive lost count of how many TGC meets Ive had to flake on. It seems as if Im just doomed to never attend another meet. Sad thing is, I cant attend the meet because of a Honda Civic I purchased.

I bought a 96 Civic DX (Hatchback) to alleviate the pains of paying nearly $1100/month in expenses for my Charger. But now it seems as if Ive gotten myself even further in the ditch. The Civic has a dropped cylinder. Its only firing on 3 of 4. It seems to be losing compression. And burns oil out the exhaust like its nobodys business.

Im thinking it might be piston rings. And hopefully Ill be able to have it fixed ASAP. But for now, no TGC meet for me. :(
