Hi I goT A 9g gts 2007 And i need Help in Exhaust

I hAVING DIffculty with how my exhaust system should be
my problem is in the fittin of them
i ordered an rpw headers and a magnaflow dual tip muffler :party:
other cats and resonators are all not fitting my galant does it matter
or i can modify them and bolt them in ??

The RPW header kit will make your car illegal, because it removes the two precats.

Your car will have no catalyctic at all after you fit the kit.

You will need all day for the job because the firewall side is a terriblly tight space.

Take the passenger driveshaft out if you know how, will be a lot easier if you do.

You need to replace the rear cat which isnt really a cat with an after matket catalyctic converter.

You will also need to extend the oxygen sensors to the rear of the new cat you put in.

You will still get an ocassional CEL with the RPW kit.

You can make it dual exhaust like this.....


Just use same muffler and a Y piece...

Should i put an after market resonator to minimalize the headers noise
Our installing a kitout kit will do the trick ?

Don't worry about the noise.

Try it out first...am pretty sure you will like the sound.

man your car is the v6 3.8l 6g75 none mivec
is it the same as the gts v6 mine is non mivec
iam really im not a mivec head involves so many work in it

so i just fit in a weapon-r CAI gives meh a great growl in the front of the car
i will try out ur idea and see how i complimented my CAI With ...
