ok so awhile i was talking with some friends about motor swaps and what not. and we were talking a lot about 2jz swaps and i got a crazy idea of doing a 2zz swap into my 8g just though it would be kinda cool and then totally forgot about it but today my aunts 06 corolla s got totaled and it has a 1zz in and i got the idea of trying to swap the 1zz in to my 8G.
so anybody have any thoughts on this, or if it would even be possible with out any kinda of crazy fabrication?

Taken from Wiki

The 1ZZ-FE is a 1.8 L (1794 cc) version built in Buffalo, West Virginia (https://www.thegalantcenter.org/wiki/Buffalo,_West_Virginia). Its production in Cambridge, Ontario (https://www.thegalantcenter.org/wiki/Cambridge,_Ontario) was discontinued in December 2007. Bore is 79 mm and stroke is 91.5 mm. Output is between 120 hp (89 kW) at 5600 rpm with 122 ft·lb (165 N·m) of torque at 4400 rpm, and 140 hp (104 kW) at 6400 rpm with 125.8 ft·lb (170.6 N·m) of torque at 4200 rpm. The cylinders of 1ZZ engines are lined with cast iron. It uses SFI fuel injection (https://www.thegalantcenter.org/wiki/Fuel_injection), has VVT-i (https://www.thegalantcenter.org/wiki/VVT-i) (on later versions) and features fracture-split forged powder metal connecting rods, a one-piece cast camshaft, and either a cast aluminum intake manifold or a molded plastic one.[2] (https://www.thegalantcenter.org/showthread.php?t=45999#cite_note-1)

Why would you put a 1ZZ in the Galant? Just so that you can say you have a "crazy" swap in your car? The 4G64 has more power potential. The 1ZZ would be a downgrade from the 4G64 IMO.

isn't the 1zz a 1.8? I doubt that would have enough torque to move the galant.
